01. Our Fund
A Belgian Institutional SICAV
Trusted Institutional Fund SA is a Belgian Institutional SICAV registered at the FSMA and is externally managed by Trusted Managers SA.
It is composed of one sub-fund: Equities RDT-DBI – an actively managed, long-only global equity strategy.
The sub-fund has obtained a ruling to benefit from the RDT-DBI regime. The tax treatment of an investment depends on the individual circumstances of each investor and may change in the future.
02. Our Manager
A Belgian Alternative Investment Fund Manager
Trusted Managers SA is a Belgian company registered with the FSMA as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM).
The firm is responsible for the overall management and oversight of Trusted Institutional Fund (AIF), ensuring regulatory compliance, portfolio and risk management.
Trusted Managers SA is registered with the FSMA as a sub-threshold (‘light regime’) alternative investment fund manager under the Belgian law transposing the AIFM Directive.
